all I gotta say is this: I am giving Dmusic the energy that it has given me this year.. not much. Meanwhile, I have discovered something new.. web 2.0... I used to put a lot of energy into Dmusic.. links on my website to the download page, blurbs on forums about Dmusic, talking and emailing friends, posting on my page, etc., not to mention considerable monetary investment in what they offer here. But, frankly, this site has become stagnant.. I can now offer slideshows, my own little music store that I control, and all kinds of neat video widgets on my site.. web 2.0 ... I can be gone for weeks and have absolutely no traffic whatsoever here on my page, the same dozen people posting about the same old issues, and no progress in interactivity..you look at the artist online page and you see what? twelve folks.. come on, now!.. other than the cool emoticons, there is not much to interest me here anymore.. WEB 2.0 that makes Dmusic somewhat of a dinosaur.. wake up and smell the tarpit, dudes!
